Low season price is £799.00 per week, this is for parties of 8 guests, we offer concessions for smaller parties, i.e. 4 guests sharing is £599 per week (then add £50.00 per extra guest up to 8 in total or 9 if one guest will be in a cot rather than a bed)
High season price is our flat rate regardless of party size.
About the property:
Situated in the beatiful and extremely sought after area of Los Calamares, Playa Blanca - Villa Stephanie is only a short distance away from the beach, restaurants and shops, all being only a 5 minute stroll away.
Our Villa has 4 beautifully designed and spacious bedrooms comprising of the following:
An en-suite master bedroom with double bed, ceiling fan and fitted wardrobes.
Two further bedrooms each having twin, single beds, ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes.
A 4th smaller bedroom with full size wooden bunk beds, popular with children but can comfortably accommodate adults too!
Villa Stephanie also has 2 bathrooms...
A large family bathroom with both a bath, a walk in shower, wash hand basin and W.C.
A spacious shower room, en-suite to the master bedroom also with hand-wash basin and W.C.
Also supplied for your convenience are two hairdryers.
The lounge area in the Villa is of a modern design - light, airy, attractive and can seat 8 people comfortably. There is a dining area to the side. The lounge has Satellite TV installed with CD and DVD surround sound stereo system.
The modern separate kitchen is fully fitted equipped with all the necessary conveniences including, full oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, iron and board.
Patio doors lead out of the Villa to the large 8 x 4 metre gated pool, (gated for child safety). The pool is both beautiful and practical if holidaying with young children and is fully solar heated. If required, the pool can also be electrically heated during the cooler winter months (simply ask for details). The pool has roman steps for easy entry and exit.
There are no extra charges for the use of the travel cot, highchair and pool alarm.
Villa Stephanie is also fitted with an indoor safe, an intruder alarm and has outside security lighting.
A complimentary welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water and biscuits awaits you on arrival and all linens and towels are provided.

Playa Blanca is Lanzarote's most southerly resort and boasts many good fish restaurants, hosting fresh fish caught that day.
The resort affords good weather most of the year round with plenty of sunshine, nice sandy beaches and clean seas.
The views from Playa Blanca's seafront are amazing, and one can see across to the island of Fuerteventura which is only a short ferry ride from Playa Blanca's main harbour (approximately 11km). Ferries cross to port of Corralejo on the island of Fuerteventura frequently throughout the day.
Playa Blanca's coast is populated with several beaches, Playa Dorada, Playa Flamingo and what is considered by some to be the best beach on the island - Papagayo.
The atmosphere in Playa Blanca is somewhat relaxed when compared with the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen and is perfect for couples and families or those who just wish to relax and take in the wonderful sea views from the many restaurants along the front.

About: Playa Blanca
Playa Blanca is located in the most southerly part of the Island of Lanzarote, it is approximately a 30 to 40 minute journey from the airport which is roughly 33 kilometres away.
Playa Blanca is said to be one of the fastest growing tourist resorts on Lanzarote with a large amount of building work taking place over the last decade - most of which is now complete.
Playa Blanca is much more tranquil than the other popular resorts of Costa Teguise or Puerto del Carmen, making it an ideal place for families.
As a result of this Playa Blanca now offers an excellent choice of holiday rental villas, apartments and other types of accommodation available for rental.
Originally a small fishing village, Playa Blanca now boasts a busy port where one can catch the ferry over to the island of Fuerteventura should you wish to do a bit of island hopping.
