Casa Margarita is a new luxury 2 bedroom villa with private heated pool located on the new Marina Rubicon development in Playa Blanca, a few minutes drive from Papagayo beaches, the best on the island and a short walk along a stunning seafront promenade to the prestigious marina which is fast proving to be one of the most exclusive areas in Lanzarote, it has a wealth of fantastic bars, shops and restaurants, many of which sit on stilts over the water. Playa Blanca town is also just a short walk away. The villa has a private pool which is electronically heated all year, we are more than happy for you to speak to our pool technician should you require a change in pool temperature at any time, it is surrounded by a large tiled patio area and an excellent garden, the best in the road, a balcony off of the master bedroom offers views of the sea and Fuerteventura. A taxi rank and large international supermarket are less than 50m away.
The lounge has plenty of room for relaxing and is very tastefully furnished with lots of attention to detail, there is a flat screen satellite tv, CD and DVD player, playstation, books and board games and a DVD selection to rival blockbusters!
The fully fitted kitchen has granite work tops, high quality brushed stainless steel appliances, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and all the crockery, glasses and utensils needed for a comfortable stay.
The master bedroom has a kingsize sprung mattress bed, fully fitted wardrobes and full length mirror with patio doors leading onto the balcony.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fully fitted wardrobes and full length mirror.
There are electric fans in both rooms.
Superior linen and towels + 1 beach towel per person are supplied.
There is an upstairs bathroom with shower, bidet, wc and marble sink unit and a downstairs shower room with wc.

Playa Blanca is the southern most tip of Lanzarote and therefore gets the best of the weather with almost constant year round sunshine, there is lots to do including scuba diving, horse riding, jet ski, tennis, golf, crazy golf, ten-pin bowling and camal rides.

Playa Blanca is located in the most southerly part of the Island of Lanzarote, it is approximately a 30 to 40 minute journey from the airport which is roughly 33 kilometres away.
